These Terms govern your access to and use of Alfaero websites, applications, APIs, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Alfaero services, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account and Eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your credentials confidential. You must promptly report unauthorized access.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use Alfaero only for lawful purposes and according to these Terms.

  • Do not violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt reverse engineering, unauthorized extraction, or disruption of services.
  • Do not use the platform for fraud, abuse, spam, or malicious activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, designs, content, and technology related to Alfaero remain exclusively owned by Alfaero or its licensors.

5. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Paid features may require active subscriptions. Prices, terms, and billing cycles are presented at checkout. Refund policies follow the applicable commercial terms informed at purchase time.

6. Availability and Service Changes

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features, temporarily or permanently, for technical, legal, or business reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alfaero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use or inability to use the services.

Alfaero does not replace official aeronautical documents, procedures, or competent aviation authority guidance.

8. Drive Uploads, AI Processing, and Data Intelligence

By using Alfaero drive and file-upload features, you represent that you hold all rights and authorizations required for the submitted content and grant Alfaero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, organize, process, transform, and analyze such content for service operation, security, quality assurance, legal compliance, and continuous product improvement, including training, validation, and optimization of artificial intelligence models and datasets.

Personal data is not collected for AI training purposes and is not intentionally used for AI model training. If personal data is identified in uploaded materials, Alfaero will adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to segregate, restrict, anonymize, or remove such elements from AI training pipelines, as applicable under law and technical feasibility.

  • Non-personal and aggregated data may be processed for analytics, service evolution, and model improvement.
  • This includes, among other elements, application usage patterns, navigation routes, request volumes, and frequency of operations.
  • Technical and operational telemetry, such as logs, response times, error rates, and stability indicators, may also be used for security, reliability, and performance management.

9. External Data Sources and Verification Duty

Certain data made available through Alfaero may originate from governmental or non-governmental authorities, public registries, third-party databases, or external integrations. Such information may contain delays, omissions, inconsistencies, or temporary inaccuracies when those entities fail to provide updates in a timely manner.

You must independently and periodically verify critical information in official governmental websites and systems before making legal, operational, regulatory, technical, or commercial decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Alfaero shall not be liable for losses arising from exclusive reliance on data not yet updated by competent external sources.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose risks to users, systems, or Alfaero operations.

11. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by applicable Brazilian law, unless mandatory local law states otherwise. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts, as permitted by law.
