How it works

Alfaero Link is a Microsoft Flight Simulator add-on, made with SoCoSim. It sends your flight position to your account once per second, and the app shows the aircraft over the chart and the route on the tablet next to the TV.

How to use

1. 1Install Alfaero Link in the simulator.
2. 2In the Link panel, scan the QR code with your phone and sign in to your account.
3. 3Tap approve and enter the 6 character code in the simulator.
4. 4Start the flight: the position appears in the app.

How it works

On PC, the app receives the simulator telemetry in real time and uses it instead of the GPS. Everything else works as in real flying: route, charts, synthetic vision and history.

How to use

1. 1Open the simulator and Alfaero.
2. 2Turn on simulator mode in the app.
3. 3Fly: the aircraft appears on the map.

How it works

With the EFB on the tablet beside you, you check the chart, the METAR and the route without taking the simulator off the screen. Real images from the simulator and the app at the same moment.
